The 2L-Laws of Complexity

Living organisms are the finest example of complex systems.
The 2L-Model is built on the following postulate: The 4 major human systems of the 2L-Matrix - Biology [A], Relationship to the Other [C], a Society [G], a Culture or a Community [U] - ARE LIVING systems. They obey the same Laws.
By the end of the 1980s, Meyer's 2L Model had identified about ten 2L Laws of Complexity. Meyer taught them in leading schools (ENA, Ecole Centrale, etc.) and applied them in various complex situations.
They have proven themselves, in particular, in one of the most complex human universes: that of the prison world, central prisons and detention centers.
And more recently in the research, which was entrusted to him by the Prison Administration, of the 2L Profiles of "Ultra-Radicalizers" prisoners who operate with the "Ultra-Radicalizable" then "Ultra-Radicalizers" then "Violent Ultra-Radicalized".
MEYER applied a global 2L model of Radicality, whether psychological, social, socio-political, ideological, cultural or religious.
The most important of the 2L-Laws of Complexity, of everyday use, is an original contribution of the 2L-Model. It is called the 2L-Law of " Relative Hierarchy ".
It is a law of life that governs the importance and priority to be given to each event, at each Level of a Matrix, according to a Hierarchy that is neither pyramidal, nor fixed, nor absolute. A dynamic, variable Hierarchy, which implies that priorities change and adapt to changes in the environment of the living organism.
This seemingly simple law, which is actually paradoxical and subtle, will be the subject of several articles illustrating its usefulness. It is particularly useful in matters of governance and management, to diagnose a complex problem and seek relevant solutions .
INSU, an organization that wants the best for us

At Level C (Psy) there are, among others, Freud, Lacan, Jung, behavioral and cognitive approaches and many others.
At the U (Ethno) level there is Lévi-Strauss, Jung, philosophical or spiritual authorities and many others.
Human sciences at levels C and U recognize the existence of psychic instances such as the "UNCONSCIOUS", individual or collective, or the "PRECONSCIOUS".
The unconscious and preconscious are part of the NON-CONSCIOUS. They operate outside of our awareness, without our knowledge.
The INSU is a 2L concept which brings together in a single instance the Unconscious and Preconscious, individual and collective.
Individual INSU is the result of the individual's history and what has been transmitted to him by other members of the groups to which he belongs.
The collective INSU is the fruit of the History of a Human Group transmitted from generation to generation.
The 2L Model places primary importance on the structure of the Group Language as a support for transmission and as a LINK between individuals in the group.
The INSU contains what we do not consciously KNOW at the time it acts without our knowledge .
An instance that contains what I DON'T KNOW, what I DON'T YET KNOW, what I WILL NEVER KNOW.
The INSU draws its incredible strength, power, and creativity from the first cycle of child development. But also from a child's interpretations.
As adults, knowing what is "surviving," individually or collectively, is the key to moving from "survival" to "growth."
This is the key to change, the key to moving from the status of "irresponsible object" to the status of "free and responsible subject."
The knowledge that emanates from our INSU and from experience can sometimes prove to be more relevant than the knowledge of certain "experts", certain simple "experts" whose titles and the sum of knowledge, even very important, do not guarantee that their global vision is relevant and is not disturbed by their INSU in "survival".
The INSU waits until we are "ready" to move from "survival" to "growth."
COMPLEXITY and INSU are the subject of a series among " The M2L Series "
More detailed acquisition of the Model-2L will be done through your readings of the
" 2L Series " , its articles, its master classes and its webinars
