Publication

March 1982: I refused the proposal to publish a book on Level-C of the Model-2L only.

Level C (the Psychological and Relational Level of the 2L Model) was complete but was only one of the four Levels of the 2L Matrix. The overall vision of the 2L Model would have been distorted.

• Subsequently, for reasons of confidentiality (especially in relation to work in prisons) MEYER chose not to be truly present on social networks.

• Many professionals trained by MEYER wrote on "the 2Ls" (articles, theses) but they only had access to Level-C (Relational, "PSY") of the 2L Model and not enough to Level-G (Governance, "Socio") and Level-U (Cultural, "ETHNO").

• The start of the distribution of the Model-2L, making it accessible to everyone (and not just professionals), began in early 2025 in the form of easy-to-follow “series” and “episodes”.

• The general public is offered an introduction to the 2L Model as well as concrete examples of the use of 2L in the "socio-political", "psychological", "socio" and "cultural" fields.

• Some of these series, online, will be published.

[1] Research Director within the AP (Prison Administration) in 2017-2018.
After more than twenty years of interventions in French prisons: Obtaining the public contract for "Fight against violent Islamist radicalization" (research obtained against university candidates).
Research objectives : to answer the question " are there typical profiles of violent radicalized Islamists?" If so, which ones and what recommendations for treatment in prisons?
Method used : based on the 2L Model, the 2L Personality Profiles, the 2L Society and Culture Profiles.
Means : Monitoring of 103 violent radicalized Islamists convicted of involvement in terrorist actions / In 5 Central Prisons (for male and female prisoners) / Assignment of around fifty AP agents participating in my research and its validation (clinical psychologists, criminologists, officers, guards, CPIP, etc.). They received prior brief training in "Profiling-2L" of radicalized individuals.
Main answer :
"There are no typical paths " but / "Yes there are Typical Profiles " / There are even eight identifiable Typical Profiles-2L of jihadist terrorists (Ultra-Radicalizers, Ultra-Radicalizers, Ultra-Radicalized)

[2] Immersion in the media environment in 2015-2016
• support for the newly elected president of France Télévisions
• Preparation of its executive committee (directors of France-2, France-3, France-4, France-5, overseas, etc.) to conduct meetings bringing together all staff and journalists, from France and overseas.
• Objective of the meeting: to take stock of the situation and develop strategies and actions for new governance.
• An experience that allowed me to confirm, from the "inside", my vision and my analysis, from the "outside", of the media world.

[3] President of IFAT (Association of Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists).
• A position held for only one year, out of solidarity with "behaviorist" friends in sterile debates with ayatollahs from the world of psychoanalysis.
• Although I draw my fundamentals from the psychoanalytic world, I also remain open to the English schools of "attachment" and "behaviorists".
• I modified the statutes and the functioning of IFAT. The number of members increased from 50 to several hundred in one year.

[4] Creation of VeriMore in 2007:
• Since the rise of Minitel in France, and after 20 years of reflection and concern about online anonymity and the use of personal data online, I created the company VeriMore.
• VeriMore: an ethical company intended to become a trusted third party between Internet users and GAFAM in particular (the rise of GAFAM was in its infancy).
• This attempt required colossal financial means in the face of the power of GAFAM (which feeds on our personal data), I stopped this activity which mobilized too much of my energy to the detriment of my main projects including that of making the Model-2L accessible to the general public.
