Introduction

"Stress" Series (S405)

_________________________

An innovative approach to stress management

Stress is a topic that constantly comes up in the media. Books, articles, and eye-catching magazine headlines draw attention to this issue. Faced with an abundance of information, the 2L Model offers a complementary approach based on solid experience, previously reserved for the professional world of psychology and psychosociology.

Expertise from varied fields

The 2L Model is based on years of practice in psychotherapy and in various demanding professional environments. These environments include those of prison officers and guards, flight captains and co-pilots during accident simulations, and police officer trainers. These interventions have led to the development of concrete and effective tools for managing stress.

A method accessible to all

In this series, from the very first episodes, we will present the method inspired by the 2L Model, which has proven itself for decades. This model offers a simple approach that is accessible to everyone: all it takes is a little self-observation to apply it, verify its effectiveness, and gradually improve your stress management.

Varied content for further exploration

After exploring this method, the series will continue with summaries of other relevant approaches, practical advice sheets, testimonials, and a watch on scientific advances, particularly in neuroscience. These resources will offer a comprehensive and enriching perspective to better understand and manage stress in everyday life.

A series open to all… and especially to registered members.

Like all 2L series, the first five episodes, which will allow everyone to discover the benefits of this approach, will be accessible to all. Subsequent episodes will be reserved for registered members, offering more in-depth content for those who wish to delve deeper.
